These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, which is owned and operated by Aesthetics By MeiLon, LLC (“Aesthetics by MeiLon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided to share information about our practice and treatments and to help you book appointments. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any third party.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The content on the Site is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an in-person consultation with a licensed provider. Using the Site, contacting us, or booking online does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after an in-person consultation.

APPOINTMENTS AND BOOKING

Online booking is provided through Aesthetic Record, a third-party scheduling platform. When you book, your appointment is also subject to Aesthetic Record’s terms and privacy policy, and to the cancellation, deposit, and rescheduling policies shown to you at the time of booking.

Treatment prices, packages, and promotions shown on the Site are subject to change and are confirmed at your appointment. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment.

BEFORE-AND-AFTER PHOTOS

Before-and-after photos on the Site show real patients who gave written permission for their images to be shared. They are shown for illustration only and do not guarantee similar results.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the selection and arrangement of that content, is the property of Aesthetics By MeiLon, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

TRADEMARKS

“Aesthetics by MeiLon” and associated logos are trademarks of Aesthetics By MeiLon, LLC. Product and treatment names that appear on the Site, such as Botox, are the property of their respective owners.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our booking platform and social media accounts. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party websites.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.

SEVERABILITY

The provisions of these Terms are severable. If any provision is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that finding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Site. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, with respect to the Site. Consent forms and agreements you sign for treatment are separate and are not replaced by these Terms.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
